Summer Fruit Salad

A fresh, naturally sweet mix of watermelon, black grapes, pomegranate, and cucumber — light, juicy, and refreshing with no extra seasoning needed.

10 mins · 2-3 servings · 120 kcal/serving · 2g protein

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup black grapes, halved
  • 1/2–3/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Optional

  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Cut the watermelon into small cubes, halve the grapes, dice the cucumber, and remove the pomegranate seeds if needed.

  2. Add everything to a bowl or plate and toss gently until evenly mixed.

  3. Serve immediately as is, or chill it for a little while before serving.

Tips: I like to keep this salad plain and naturally sweet without any seasoning. If you prefer a little contrast, you can add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt. Works best when the fruits are cold and fresh.
