Burrata Garden Bliss Sourdough Toast
Crispy sourdough layered with creamy burrata, juicy cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil — a simple yet indulgent toast that feels straight out of a brunch cafe.
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1–2 tbsp cream cheese or butter
- 6–8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, optional
- Olive oil, optional drizzle
Method

Toast sourdough slices until golden and crisp on the edges.

Spread cream cheese or butter over warm toast.

Mix sliced cherry tomatoes and basil with a pinch of salt.

Place the tomato-basil mixture on the toast.

Tear the burrata gently and place it over the toast. Let it naturally spread — don’t overwork it.

Sprinkle black pepper and drizzle olive oil. Serve immediately.
Tips: Tear burrata just before serving for that creamy texture. A drizzle of balsamic glaze pairs beautifully with burrata. Add a pinch of chili flakes for a slight kick. Best enjoyed fresh — burrata loses texture if reheated.
